Tili and Other Orders Paid by Financing
When placing an order paid by financing, in addition to a Finnish authority-issued passport, driving licence or identity card, you can also use a foreign passport and Kela card together, or a travel-valid identity card issued by an authority of a European Economic Area (EEA) member state, Switzerland or San Marino together with a Kela card. The most important thing is that the details on both documents match each other and the order.
When collecting an order on behalf of another person paid by financing, you must have with you a power of attorney issued and signed by the orderer and your own proof of identity.
Individual Power of Attorney
A power of attorney allows you to collect another person’s order. When collecting the order, you must have with you your own proof of identity in addition to the power of attorney.
The power of attorney is always order-specific, meaning there must be a separate power of attorney for each order. We only accept a paper power of attorney at the time of collection, and authorisation cannot be done online. Please also note that placing an order cannot be done with a power of attorney, only collecting it.

How do I fill in the individual power of attorney?
The power of attorney can be either free-form or a printed version and must clearly state the following information:
- Name and personal identity number of the authoriser or company name, business ID and authorised signatory (orderer/borrower)
- Name and personal identity number of the authorised person (order collector)
- Order number of the order to be collected with the power of attorney / the purpose of the power of attorney
- Date and signature of the issuer of the power of attorney (authoriser)
- Signature of the applicant (authorised person) is taken on the power of attorney as proof of order handover
When do I need proof of identity?
You need proof of identity when placing an order in-store or collecting an order when the payment method is invoice, Account or financing.
When do I not need proof of identity?
You do not need proof of identity if you collect an order using the order number and the payment method is other than invoice, Account or financing.
When do I need a power of attorney to collect an order?
You need a power of attorney if another person collects your order and the payment method is invoice, Account or financing. The other person must have with them the power of attorney signed by you and their own proof of identity. Please note that the power of attorney is always order-specific.
When do I not need a power of attorney to collect an order?
You do not need a power of attorney to collect an order if another person collects an order on your behalf that has not been paid by invoice, Account or financing as the payment method or you have placed the order yourself and are collecting it.
Proof of identity in customer service

Via email and phone, we must verify your identity remotely. We cannot process information from the order without valid identification.
It is advisable to contact us from the same phone number or email address that is on your order. Be prepared to provide the order or receipt number to speed up the service.
Unfortunately, we cannot search for orders by name alone due to data security reasons.
Proof of identity in-store
In-store, proof of identity requires a valid passport, driving licence or identity card issued by a Finnish authority. passport, driving licence or identity card. In addition, a combination of a foreign passport and Kela card can be accepted, provided that the information on both documents matches each other and the order.
It is also possible to prove identity with a valid foreign passport or a travel-valid identity card issued by an authority of a European Economic Area (EEA) member state, Switzerland or San Marino. Identity must also be proven when dealing online so that we can process your order.
