If the discount code campaign is still valid, you can cancel your order, reorder the product, and add the discount code. Alternatively, you can inform our customer service of your discount code and ask them to add it to your order. Please note that orders delivered via Wolt cannot be modified once you have confirmed the order.
I forgot to add the discount code to my order delivered via Wolt. What should I do?
Wolt delivers orders so quickly that no changes can be made to the order after you have confirmed it. You can use the discount code on another order later if you forgot to add it before confirming your order.
Can I get a new discount code if I forget to use the old one?
Discount codes are valid only for a limited time and cannot be redeemed after the campaign period. Our customer service cannot influence the validity period of discount codes.
Can a discount code be used more than once?
No, a used code cannot be used again.
Do I get a discount if I subscribe to the newsletter?
As a newsletter subscriber, you will be the first to receive information about discounts. It is also possible that some products have a special promotional price limited only to newsletter subscribers. We often send discount codes to newsletter subscribers that you would not otherwise be informed about. However, we do not offer a fixed discount for subscribing to the newsletter.
How long is a discount code valid?

My discount code does not work, what now?
Make sure the discount code is correct and valid. Also check that no extra characters have been added if you copied and pasted the code. If the discount code is unique, you cannot use it on another order if you already have a previous order. If you cannot get the discount code to work, contact our customer service and provide the error message and the code, and we will assist you.

Make sure the discount code is correct and valid and that you have selected the correct delivery method. Also check that no extra characters have been added if you copied and pasted the code. If the discount code is for free delivery, and you have also selected services such as installation or recycling along with the delivery, the discount applies to the delivery price only and the services will be charged. Also ensure that the discount code is not intended only for certain delivery methods, e.g. Posti home delivery, in which case it will not work with other partners’ delivery methods.
