What should I know when buying with Apuraha Instalment Payment for the first time?
If you have not previously used any Walley-financed instalment payment, you will need to conclude a credit agreement with Walley. You will receive an email from Walley after the purchase requesting you to sign the credit agreement. The credit agreement can be signed in Walley’s app or in the My Walley service.
When will I receive the first invoice?
The first invoice is sent on the 15th of the month and the invoice due date is always the last day of the month, so for the first invoice you get approximately 30-60 days to pay depending on the purchase date, after which the credit is repaid monthly according to the payment plan.
How much does Apuraha Instalment Payment cost?
Interest 15% + the reference interest rate according to the Interest Act + €3/month account management fee (no opening fee)

Credit is not granted, for example, if there is incorrect information in the customer details, you have a voluntary credit ban or a payment default record.

Why did I receive an order confirmation even though my credit application was rejected?
An order confirmation is sent even if credit is not granted. The confirmation only indicates that your order has been received. If credit is not granted, you can change the payment method or cancel the order from your customer account. Products will not be shipped until the payment for the order is in order.
How can I modify the contents of my order or payment method?
You can modify your order through account management. If the contents of your order change and the payment method is Apuraha Instalment Payment, your previous credit decision is cancelled. You can make a new credit application by entering your personal identity code and verifying your identity with online banking credentials.
