Why did I receive an order confirmation even though the credit decision was negative?
An order confirmation is sent even if credit is not granted. The confirmation only indicates that your order has been received. When is the invoice sent?
The invoice is sent by email immediately after the order processing, when the order has been posted or picked up from the store.
Can the invoice be paid in instalments?
Yes, paying the invoice in instalments requires a signed ongoing credit agreement with Norion Bank (Walley). You can conveniently sign the credit agreement electronically on Walley’s website. The terms and costs of a revolving credit apply to instalment payments.
