With Tili, you can purchase and receive products before paying for them.
You can easily place orders using your personal information and apply for a suitable credit limit, which you can use flexibly to pay for your purchases.
Depending on the timing of your purchase, you can pay the invoice in full without interest and fees within 30-60 days, or choose an extended payment period of up to 40 months in instalments. Tili maintenance is free when the credit is fully paid off – you only pay interest and a monthly fee when you use the extended payment period.
As of 3 September 2025, the Tili payment method (with active or inactive credit) as well as active Apuraha installment plans were transferred to be administered by Walley, and payments are made to them.

In-store, valid identification issued by a Finnish authority is required for identity verification: a passport, driving licence, or identity card. Additionally, a combination of a foreign passport and a Kela card may be accepted, provided that the information on both documents matches each other and the order.
It is also possible to verify identity with a valid foreign passport or a travel-valid identity card issued by an authority of a European Economic Area (EEA) member state, Switzerland or San Marino. Identity must also be verified when conducting business online so that we can process your order.

Extended payment period
With Tili, you can extend the payment period up to 40 months. In this case, you will be charged monthly fees and interest on the used credit. The interest rate is 12.9% + reference rate (in accordance with the Interest Act). The monthly fee is determined by the credit limit, according to the table below.
Repayment is calculated based on 2.5% of the purchase amount, but it is always at least €10. The monthly installment consists of the repayment, interest, and the monthly fee. When making a new purchase, the amount of the repayment is recalculated based on the total debt.
