After receiving the order confirmation, your order progresses according to the chosen delivery method. The selected delivery method and delivery address affect the delivery time and when it will arrive. Fast deliveries are possible when choosing express delivery via Wolt, Fetch, or Hakonen couriers. Express deliveries can arrive within an hour or on the same day. If the order delivery method is Posti or Matkahuolto, the processing and delivery of the order takes approximately 2-4 working days in total. In-store pickups are ready within 1-2 working days if the product is not in the store's stock. The chosen delivery method and delivery address also affect the delivery duration.

Order awaiting product: Our online store also sells products that are not immediately dispatchable. The product-specific availability estimate can be seen on the product page and in the order summary. If your order contains other products that you would like to receive earlier, you can split the missing product into a new order. Please note that when splitting an order, a second order will be created, which will be delivered later and will also incur shipping costs according to the price list.

- Order is being processed: No further changes can be made to the order once it has been taken into processing. Our warehouse usually dispatches your order within about a day from the start of processing, unless it is an express delivery.

Order is in delivery: Once the order has been posted from our warehouse, you will receive a notification by email and text message. You will also receive a tracking number from the courier company, which you can use to track the progress of the delivery.
Please note that activation of the tracking number may take a moment. If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages each with their own tracking number.

You have plenty of time to familiarise yourself with the products, as we offer a 32-day return policy for our products and a 14-day return policy for Outlet products. Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive a tracking number for the delivery?
You will receive a notification by text message and email when the order has been processed and handed over to the courier company. The message includes a tracking number you can use to follow the progress of your shipment. The number can also be found in your customer account, under account management, beneath the delivered order.

How can I edit an order I have made?
You can edit your order by logging into your customer account management. Open the Orders tab and select the correct order. Then click the Edit Order button. Please note that once the order has moved to processing, you can no longer edit it.
My order is awaiting a product, can I get the other products earlier?
If you order multiple products at once, not all of them may be in stock. In this case, you can split your order for the products that are awaiting availability. Not all payment methods support order splitting. In such cases, you can remove the missing products by editing the order and then order them again separately.
Both orders will incur shipping costs.
How does delivery to a collection point or to your door proceed?
- The order is taken into processing, during which the warehouse collects the products you ordered.
- The products are moved to dispatch for packing.
- After packing, the order is delivered to the selected courier company.
How will I know when my order is ready for collection in-store?
You will automatically receive a pickup notification by text message and email when the order has been transferred from the main warehouse to the stock of the store you selected.
Do I have to specify a pickup time in advance?
No, you do not need to specify a pickup time. You can collect your order from the store during opening hours whenever it suits you.
Can I pay for my purchase at the Vantaa warehouse?
No, the order must be paid in advance. The Vantaa warehouse is only a collection point and payment cannot be made there.
