Placing an Order

When placing an order on our website, select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. The shopping cart is saved in the page memory, so you can safely browse other products and add them to the cart. Special offer products remain in the shopping cart for 20 minutes. After that, you need to create or log in to a customer account, add the products to the shopping cart, choose your preferred delivery and payment method, and confirm the order.

How do I place an order?

1. Shopping Cart: In the shopping cart, you can edit, add, and remove products. 
2. Recipient: In the recipient stage, you can either log in to your customer account or create a new account. Once logged in, you can select a delivery address for your order or add a new delivery address by clicking "Add new address".
3. Delivery Method: In the delivery method stage, you will see the prices of different delivery options and can choose a suitable option for your order. Collection from the store and collection warehouse is always free.
4. Payment Method: Choose a suitable payment method for your order. The payment options depend on the delivery method you have selected. For example, you can pay for the order with a gift card by selecting "Pay the order fully or partially with a gift card". You can also use funds from your customer account for payment by selecting online banking and choosing "Use € from customer account for this order payment". It is good to note that some payment methods are not available with all delivery methods.
5. Confirm Order: Once you have selected the payment method, press "Confirm order". After this, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your order via email. The email also includes the order number, which you can use when contacting our customer service regarding your order.

How do I create a new customer account?

You can create a new customer account either during the order process before adding products to the shopping cart or afterwards.

Creating an Account

1.  Go to the Log In page and select "Create new account". Fill in the required fields.
2. After you have read and understood Verkkokauppa.com's privacy policy, press "Submit information".
3. After filling in the information and the privacy policy, you will be directed to your customer account details.
4. Fill in the requested information in the fields, press the "Add address" button, and then "Next".

You can choose the payment method that suits you best from our financing options such as Tili, instalment payments paid monthly, or Walley’s invoice. Business customers have their own business invoice, and in-store you can also use cash.
