The error "You do not have permission to download the order" means that the order cannot be shown to you because it was not made with the customer account you are logged into. Please contact the person who placed the order, who can view the order by logging into their own customer account.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password either via a link sent to your email or with a one-time verification code sent to the mobile phone number on your customer account, according to your preference.
Can I obtain my customer information from you?
Yes, if you wish, you can request all the information collected about you from our website. In customer account management, open the Settings tab and the Data Request application can be found at the bottom of the page.
How do I close my customer account?
Please contact our customer service, either via chat or by phone. If possible, call us from the phone number registered in your customer account and log into your customer account in the chat before starting the chat.
Be prepared to provide us with the email address registered to your customer account, the name of the account holder, and additionally one of the following pieces of information:
- Customer account number
- Complete address found on the account
- Order number on the account
- Phone number on the account
We recommend downloading previous purchase receipts from your customer account for possible warranty matters.
