Products ordered from the online store are delivered from warehouses or suppliers, and products cannot be ordered or reserved from the store. The selection may include products that are not immediately in stock, and orders can also be made to a different address or for another person. Can products be ordered or reserved from the store?
No, products found in the store cannot be ordered or reserved. Store products are only available for purchase directly by customers visiting the store. We deliver all products ordered through the online store from our warehouses or directly from our suppliers.
Why can I order products that I cannot get immediately from stock?
Our selection includes products that we do not have immediately in stock. We want to offer as wide a selection as possible, so we accept orders even if the product is not immediately available for dispatch. The estimated delivery times for such products are indicated on the product page, and we order them from our supplier based on customer orders, and do not keep them in our own warehouses.
Why can't I add the product to the shopping cart?
When the Add to Cart button is greyed out, we are not accepting new orders. Often this is a product being removed from our selection, whose last pieces have already been reserved for other customers' orders. It may also be a promotional batch or other limited batch, in which case orders are only accepted up to a limited quantity.
Can I order products that you do not have in your selection?
We accept customer requests and add products to our selection based on them. If you are interested in a product that is not found in our selection, you can send us a product suggestion via the form. Suggestions are reviewed weekly and interesting products are added to the selection.

How do I place an order online?
Select products, add them to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Continue by selecting the order recipient, desired delivery and payment method, and finally confirm the order. Ordering online requires logging into your customer account or creating a new customer account.

Can I place an order to a different address?
Yes, you can add a new address to the order if necessary on the Recipient tab using the Add new button. The address you add will be saved to your customer account and you can also select it for future purchases if you wish.
Can you deliver the product directly to another person?
Yes, you can order products for another person. Add the recipient's contact details and delivery address on the Recipient tab. This way, the order recipient will receive notifications about the order from Verkkokauppa.com as well as from the carrier.
How do I place an order that another person will pick up from the store?
Another person can pick up the order from the store or pickup warehouse using the order number. When the payment method is one of our financing services, such as Tili, Apuraha one-time credit, Walley Invoice or Instalment Payment, the other person needs to bring, in addition to the order number, a power of attorney signed by the orderer and their own identification when picking up the order.
Can I receive part of the ordered products in advance?
Yes, we can deliver part of the products in advance. You can split the order into two separate orders in account management, so you receive all deliverable products immediately and the rest when we have received them in stock. The order cannot be split into different deliveries if the payment method is financing or if the order includes a product package where all products are delivered at once.
