Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I get an error message when placing an order?
"You can only have three ongoing Outlet orders at a time" means that your customer account is missing a delivery address. Check that a delivery address has been added to your customer account. If the address exists and the problem continues, please contact our customer service.
What does the Outlet product condition classification mean?
The condition categories for Outlet products depend on the product's condition and any possible deficiencies. The condition categories are marked on the price tags of Outlet products in stores.
- A-class products are almost flawless, but the product packaging may be missing or damaged.
- B-class products are often customer returns and may be missing individual accessories.
- C-class products have been used longer and show clear signs of use. It is also likely that some accessories are missing.
- D-class products have been heavily used and are in poor condition, possibly with defects.
I bought a product from the Outlet that was missing parts, what now?
Packaging deficiencies are attempted to be indicated in the product description. Check which condition category the product belongs to. If it is not an A-class product, parts may be missing from the packaging.
