Why does the order appear as unpaid even though I believe it has been paid?

Payment has not been successful
We confirm orders even when the selected payment has not gone through. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled if the payment method is not changed.-
Card payment has not been successful
If no pre-authorization has been made on the payment card, the payment has not gone through. -
Credit application has not been approved
If there is no valid credit decision for the order, it will appear as unpaid. -
Online banking payment was interrupted prematurely
If the online banking payment is interrupted and the amount has not been debited from the account, the order is cancelled as unpaid. If the amount has been debited but the order still appears as unpaid, it will be transferred to us as a bank transfer within a few days.

Even if the payment is unsuccessful, the order is saved to your customer account and you will receive an order confirmation. However, the order is not valid and will not be delivered before the payment is successful. -
Multiple orders by mistake
It is possible that you have made several orders for the same products but only paid for one. You will receive order confirmations and payment reminders for all orders made, even if you have paid for only one. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled. -

Why does my bank account show a charge, but according to Verkkokauppa.com the order is unpaid?
When you place an order and pay via online banking, the payment may be recorded to us as a bank transfer. The bank transfer will appear on your order only 1-2 days later. The payment is recorded as a bank transfer if the online banking payment does not return to the seller's service but instead closes the browser tab without doing so.
The payment is allocated to the order, but this happens with a delay of a few days.
Why do I see multiple orders in my customer account even though I only wanted to order once?
You have accidentally made multiple orders. It is possible that you have unknowingly made multiple orders for the same product but have only paid for one.
We send you order confirmations for all orders even if you have only paid for one order and we automatically cancel unpaid orders.
This happens accidentally, for example, if the payment was unsuccessful on the first attempt and you made a completely new order which you paid for. In this case, there are two orders for the same products, one paid and one unpaid.
