New products have a 32-day return policy. Products purchased from the outlet have a 14-day return policy. Returns must be made within 32 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified for a particular product or order.
It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the product's condition and the accessories delivered with it until the decision to keep the product is made. You have the right to examine the product and try its features in the same way as when shopping in a store. However, please note that the product should not be put into actual use, as it may no longer remain in like-new condition and may no longer be saleable. The product can be returned if it has been handled carefully and only to verify its functionality and features. The product to be returned must be in a saleable condition, and all included accessories, instructions, and original packaging must be kept.
If the returned product, its packaging, or accessories are incomplete, the payment made will not be fully refunded. If the product's condition has significantly deteriorated or essential parts are missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return entirely.
The return right for some products is limited, and these products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Return via Post
- Pack the product and its accessories well for shipping to prevent damage during transit. Note: the maximum shipment weight is 25 kg.

Fill in the electronic return form or write the requested information on paper. After completing the electronic form, mark your order number on the shipment so that we can find the information you provided when the device arrives. Without the requested information, we cannot refund your money.
If the shipment does not include an order or receipt number, we will charge a handling fee of €17.99.
- Take the package directly to the Post service point counter and provide the contract ID 600170 or register the shipment as returned in advance via OmaPosti. The return is free of charge when using the contract ID. Keep the shipment receipt and tracking number until the return has been processed and you have received confirmation.

The Vantaa pickup warehouse does not have a service point and products cannot be returned there.

No right of return if the product shows signs of use: You may inspect the product in the same way as in a store. If the product has any dirt, dust, scratches, or other signs of use, there is no longer any right of return.
No right of return if the product package has been opened: All products must be in like-new condition in order to be returned. If the product’s right of return is restricted upon opening the package, the product can no longer be returned once the package has been opened. For hygiene reasons, some products have no right of return after the package has been opened.
No right of return at all: When you order a customized product, a digitally delivered product, or another product for which the order is binding, the order has no right of return after its delivery has been started.
