Returning a large item
Large and heavy items, such as household appliances or televisions, are always recommended to be returned directly to the store for the fastest processing. If you are unable to deliver the item to the store, it is possible to order a paid collection service for the product. Our customer service will order the collection from our partner and charge you the price according to the price list.
If you want to use the 32-day return right for the product but cannot return the product yourself via Posti or to the store, we charge an €80 fee for collecting the product from your desired address.
- Contact our customer service.
- Pay the €80 transportation fee.
- Pack the product carefully and include your receipt or order number.
- Place the product ready for collection near the front door so that it can be easily picked up.
