The installation and recycling service is available for dishwashers, stoves, hobs, ovens, microwave ovens, refrigerators, freezers, side-by-side cooling appliances, televisions, washing machines, tumble dryers, washer-dryer combos, and air source heat pumps.
The installation service is selected on the product page when you add the product to your shopping cart. Installation or recycling cannot be ordered from us for devices other than those listed above in connection with delivery.
There are restrictions in delivery areas. Hakonen delivers only in the Helsinki metropolitan area and its surrounding municipalities. Posti's delivery area is wider and covers almost the entire country. Some installation services are available only from Hakonen.
For shipments ordered with delivery to the door, transportation or additional service fees will not be refunded after order processing or delivery if the customer does not accept the shipment or wishes to return it.

Posti's Installation and Recycling Services
Posti contacts the recipient directly to arrange the installation time. Installation is usually carried out within 2–5 days of shipping the order. Contact is made by text message or phone call to the recipient's number.
When the product is in transit, the recipient can choose a suitable delivery and installation time window. Installations are not carried out daily in rural areas. Installations are generally done between 9 am and 5 pm, and in the Helsinki metropolitan area also between 5 pm and 9 pm.
Hakonen's Installation and Recycling Services
Hakonen contacts the recipient directly to arrange the installation time. The installation time is notified by text message.
Same-evening home deliveries are installed on the order day between 3 pm and 10 pm. Orders placed by 8 pm the previous day qualify for installation on the next working day.
Fetch's Recycling Services
With Fetch's 3-hour express delivery and Same-day home delivery, recycling and other additional services can be ordered for selected products. Additional services are paid to Fetch via Klarna.

Installation Services Include
Basic installation includes the installation of devices and, if necessary, the disconnection of the old device before installation by the installer during delivery. Ensuring the necessary connections, hookups, and power supply for the installation of the devices by the installer. During installation, the device packaging is removed and packaging waste is cleaned up by the installer.
Installers follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and applicable regulations.
Posti offers delivery to the kerbside only for Side-by-Side cooling appliances. Installation service for SBS devices is available in the Helsinki metropolitan area, performed by Hakonen.

Installation Services Do Not Include
A new installation visit is not included in any installation service if the installation could not be carried out the first time for reasons not caused by the installer or Verkkokauppa.com. In such cases, a new installation fee will always be charged for the new visit.
No installation service includes fixed installations, attachments, drilling through fixed structures or furniture, removal/installation of plinths, or any other furniture modifications.
Installation services do not include the installation or removal of furniture doors nor the hiding or casing of cables. Hakonen offers the installation of a dishwasher furniture panel as a paid additional service in addition to basic installation. Installation services also do not include extending or replacing device hoses.
♻️ Important to Know About the Recycling Service

The device to be recycled must correspond in type to the new device being delivered. For example, a refrigerator can be recycled when delivering a new refrigerator, and a television when delivering a new television. A maximum of four devices can be recycled with one order. The number of devices to be recycled cannot exceed the number of new corresponding products delivered.

If you order only the recycling service, the driver will not disconnect the old device.
You must ensure that the device is disconnected from all attachments, connections, and hookups before collection. When you also order the installation service for a new device, disconnection of the old device is included in the service.
An electric hob connected to mains power must not be disconnected by yourself; disconnection must be carried out by a professional.
♻️ The device to be recycled must be emptied of all liquids and materials before collection. There must also be unobstructed access to the device for transportation, and it should be placed near the exterior door.
