Service customer service points operate in all our stores whenever the stores are open. You can return the product you purchased to the service customer service point or bring a broken device for warranty repair during the warranty period. We forward the devices delivered to the store's service customer service point to authorised service centres and do not repair them ourselves.
There is no service customer service point at the Vantaa collection warehouse, and products cannot be returned there.

The device is not repaired in the store, but it is forwarded for repair. You can bring a product purchased from us for servicing to the service customer service point located in the store during its warranty period.

How long does servicing take?
The duration of servicing cannot be precisely estimated, as servicing is always carried out by an authorised service company. Servicing is fastest when done directly through the manufacturer.
Normally, the servicing time is 10-20 working days, but completion within this time cannot be guaranteed. The duration of warranty servicing depends on the repair action and, for example, the delivery of necessary spare parts. You will receive a separate message when the device servicing process is complete.
Can I return a product to the store?
All stores handle customer returns at the service customer service point.
Return to the store
The product can be returned to the store at the service customer service point. Please bring the receipt or order number and all accessories delivered with the product. If you do not have an order or receipt number with you, we charge an investigation fee of €17.99.
There is no service point at the Vantaa collection warehouse, and products cannot be returned there.
