Verkkokauppa.com has four stores across Finland, offering a diverse selection of products and services to their customers. You can collect your online orders from the store's collection desk. The selection varies by store, so it is advisable to place an order for the product first. All stores accept WEEE waste, meaning you can bring your old device for recycling when purchasing a new one. WEEE waste includes, for example, household appliances and smaller electronics. We organise various events and activities in all stores, such as product demonstrations and Outlet auctions.

Yes, you can bring a dog or other pet to all our stores. However, the pet must not cause disturbance to other customers in the store.
Can I call or email the store?
You cannot call or email any Verkkokauppa.com store because the stores do not have a direct phone number or email address.
Are there parking spaces next to the store?
Yes, parking spaces are available at all stores, and the Helsinki store has a parking garage.
Where can I inquire about lost property?
You can ask the staff in the store about lost property. If you cannot visit the store, you can contact our customer service and we can investigate the matter on your behalf.
Can I make Tax Free purchases in the store?
Yes, you can make Tax Free purchases at all Verkkokauppa.com stores. For Tax Free purchases, you need a passport and a valid visa, which must be presented to the staff during the transaction.
The customer pays the VAT-inclusive price at the time of purchase. The purchase must be worth at least 40 euros. The buyer receives the sealed goods immediately and the goods must be taken unused out of the EU area within three months following the month of purchase. The VAT refund is made afterwards at a Tax Free refund shop.
Can store products be ordered or reserved?
Shelf products in the Helsinki store cannot be ordered or reserved in advance. They are only available for purchase directly from the store. If the product is also available in the Helsinki warehouse, it can be ordered and collected from the store within 15 minutes.
Products from the Pirkkala, Raisio and Oulu stores can be ordered via the website for collection from the store or alternatively with Wolt’s One Hour delivery.
When can an order be collected from the store?
Products available immediately in stock can be collected within 15 minutes of ordering from the Helsinki collection desk, collection lockers and Vantaa collection warehouse. Orders from the Pirkkala, Raisio and Oulu stores are usually ready for collection within 1–2 days of ordering. You will receive a notification by text message and email when the order is ready for collection.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, another person can collect the order from the store or Vantaa collection warehouse using the order number. If the payment method for the order is one of our financing services, such as Tili, Walley’s Invoice or Instalment Payment, the other person will need, in addition to the order number, a power of attorney signed by the purchaser and their own identification when collecting the order from the collection desk.
Can the collection time for an order be extended?
If you need more time to collect your order from the store or warehouse, please contact our customer service. Log in to your customer account and you can reach customer service via chat. If you cannot handle the matter via chat, we need the order number and the contact must be made from the email address or phone number registered with the order. The possibility of extending the collection time is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
