The three-year warranty is valid when the Verkkokauppa.com Three-year warranty product (product number 160956) is included in the same order as the product covered by the warranty.

A three-year warranty added afterwards does not appear as a separate line on the receipt. Customer service adds the warranty information to the receipt's reference field, after which the information will also be visible in the order in your customer account.

How do I add a three-year warranty to an order?

When you purchase a product covered by the three-year warranty, also add the Verkkokauppa.com Three-year warranty product (product number 160956) to your basket.

The warranty is added to the basket from the product page in the same way as any other product. The three-year warranty appears as a separate product line in the order.

Do not enter the warranty or its product number in the order comments; instead, add the warranty to the order as a separate product.

I forgot to add the three-year warranty to my order. What should I do?

If you forgot to add the warranty product to your order, contact our customer service and we will add the warranty to your order.

The product I purchased has developed a fault. What should I do?

If the manufacturer's warranty for the product is still valid, the product will be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and service instructions. Check the product-specific warranty and service instructions on the receipt or in our service instructions.

If the manufacturer's warranty has expired, check the terms of Verkkokauppa.com's three-year warranty. You can take the product to the service point at a Verkkokauppa.com store or contact our customer service.

Does the three-year warranty extend the manufacturer's warranty period by three years?

No. The three-year warranty does not extend the manufacturer's warranty period by three years. The product's warranty period is three years in total from the original date of purchase.

While the manufacturer's warranty is valid, the product will be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and service instructions. Once the manufacturer's warranty has expired, the terms of Verkkokauppa.com's three-year warranty apply until the end of the remaining warranty period.

Does the three-year warranty apply to business purchases?

No. Verkkokauppa.com's three-year warranty applies only to consumer orders. The warranty does not apply to products purchased as a business customer or for professional use.

Is Verkkokauppa.com's three-year warranty considered a GARAN guarantee?

No. Verkkokauppa.com's three-year warranty is a separate warranty offered for selected products and covers defects in materials and workmanship. It is not a commercial guarantee of durability under the GARAN label.
