How do I add the three-year warranty to my order?
When purchasing a product that qualifies for the three-year warranty, also add the Verkkokauppa.com three-year warranty product (product number 160956) to your shopping cart. The three-year warranty is added to the shopping cart on the product page in the same way as any other product. The three-year warranty will appear as a separate line item on the order.
I forgot to add the three-year warranty to my order, what should I do?
If you forgot to add the warranty product to your order, please contact our customer service, and we will add the warranty to your order.
When added afterwards, the three-year warranty information will not appear on the receipt, but we will add the information to the receipt’s reference field, which is also visible via the customer account on the order.
The product I purchased developed a fault, what should I do?
If the product has a valid manufacturer’s warranty, warranty service is carried out according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Check the warranty instructions on the receipt or here. If the warranty has already expired, check the Three-Year Warranty Terms and deliver the product to the store’s service point or contact our customer service.
Does the three-year warranty apply to business purchases?
The three-year warranty applies only to consumer orders and is not valid for purchases by business customers. It does not apply to devices sold for business or professional use.
