You can modify or cancel an open order through your customer account management. If the order has already been delivered or is being processed by us or our partner, you cannot cancel it or make changes to it. Orders delivered by express couriers such as Wolt, Fetch, or similar fast delivery services cannot be modified after the order has been confirmed. Orders placed for collection from store lockers cannot be cancelled or modified after you have indicated the pickup time and the collection of your order has begun.

- Press the Modify Order button and make the desired changes. You can add or remove products, change or switch the payment or delivery method, or change the delivery address.

Can an order be modified after it has been processed?
No, the order can no longer be modified once it has been processed. When the order is being processed, our warehouse or our partner’s warehouse has started shipping the order, and therefore no changes can be made at this stage.
If your order’s delivery method is one of our express couriers, it moves to processing as soon as you confirm the order. This ensures that the order arrives as quickly as possible.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
You can change the delivery address independently from account management as long as the Modify Order button is active. If the button is not active, changes are not possible because delivery has already started.
Can I add products to my order?
You can add products as long as the order has not been processed, that is, while the Modify Order button is active.
If your order’s delivery method is one of our express couriers, it moves to processing as soon as you confirm the order and cannot be modified at all after confirmation. This ensures that the order arrives as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel an order?
Cancelling an order is easy through your customer account:
- Log in to your customer account on our website and open the correct order ➡️
- Click the Cancel Order button and provide a reason for the cancellation.
- Confirm the cancellation of the order.
Why can’t I cancel my order?
Once the order processing has started, you can no longer cancel it. Order processing means that your order has progressed to the handling stage at our warehouse or our direct delivery partners.
If it is a store pickup, you can simply leave the order uncollected, and the order will be automatically cancelled according to the last pickup date.
If it is a delivery order, you can refuse to accept it, in which case it will be returned to the sender. In this case, delivery charges will not be refunded.
