If the receipt was not found in your customer account, please send us a screenshot of the online bank payment and information about the products on the receipt. Please contact your bank to clarify payment details if you cannot find them in your online bank. Submit the necessary order information to us for receipt search using this form.

Why can’t the receipt be found in the customer account?
When an order is purchased directly from the store without a customer account, it will not appear in the customer account. You can identify yourself in-store, after which receipts for in-store purchases will also be found in your customer account in the future. If the order has not yet been delivered, the receipt has not been generated. After the order has been shipped or collected from the store, you will find your receipt in your customer account. We cannot provide a receipt before the order has been processed.
