By default, the order is delivered only when all products are available. If you wish, you can split the order into products to be delivered immediately and products to be delivered later. If you want to receive the available products earlier, you can request the order to be split via customer account management.
When the order is split, a new order for later delivery is created, for which shipping costs according to the price list are also charged. If your order has been paid with a payment card, a new pre-authorisation must be made for the later delivery order. Only the products in the original order will be charged.

How can I edit an order I have made?
You can edit your order by logging into customer account management. Open the Orders tab and select the correct order. Then click the Edit order button. Please note that once the order has moved to processing, you can no longer edit the order.
My order is waiting for a product, can I get the other products earlier?
If you order several products at once, not all products may be in stock. In this case, you can split the order for the pending products onto a new order. Not all payment methods allow order splitting. In that case, you can remove the missing products from your order by editing it and then order them again.
