If the product does not seem to work as it should, we recommend starting with the usual checks:
- restart the device
- reset to factory settings
- go through the user manual, especially the troubleshooting section. You can download the user manual from the manufacturer’s website or request it from Verkkokauppa.com customer service (please provide the receipt/order number).
Did it start working? If not, contact the brand’s support.
Ask your question or describe the problem as precisely as possible:
- what is the exact model of the product (and possibly the version and serial number)
- does the device give any error message
- is the product used together with another product
- has any attempt been made to solve the problem.
With the help of the brand’s support, your question will certainly be resolved or the problem fixed – if not, you will receive repair instructions for the product.
