Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
Yes, another person can pick up the order from the store or Vantaa pickup warehouse using the order number. If the payment method for the order is one of our financing services, such as Tili, Walley Invoice or Instalments, the other person needs to bring, in addition to the order number, a power of attorney signed by the orderer and their own ID when picking up the order from the pickup counter.
How can I modify my order?
You can modify your order by logging into your customer account management. Open the Orders tab and select the correct order. Then click the Edit Order button. Please note that once the order has moved to processing, you can no longer modify it.
My order is waiting for a product, can I get the other products earlier?
If you order multiple products at once, not all products may be in stock. In this case, you can split the order for the pending products into a new order. Not all payment methods allow splitting orders. In that case, you can remove missing products by editing the order and then order them again.
Can I return a product I ordered?
New products have a 32-day return right, except those marked with restricted return rights. Restricted return means the product cannot be returned after opening.
Outlet products have a 14-day return right.
