Warehouse Products
Ordered products are delivered from our own warehouses or from a delivery partner's warehouse. The product's availability estimate in stock can vary from ready to ship immediately to unconfirmed. You can see on the product page whether the product is available from stock. The selection also includes products that are ordered based on customer orders, and we recommend placing an order for the desired product instead of waiting for the availability estimate to change. If the Add to Cart button is greyed out, it means the product cannot be ordered.
If you want to order the product with delivery, the product page has a Delivery to postcode field, which calculates an estimated delivery time in working days based on the postcode provided. The delivery time estimate does not include installation or old device recycling services.
The order will be forwarded from stock only when all products in the order have arrived at the warehouse and are reserved for the order. If some of the products you ordered are already in stock and others are still awaited, you can split the order through account management if the payment method allows.
In-store Products
Products can either be picked up directly from the store shelf or ordered from our warehouse to the store for collection. However, products on the store shelf cannot be reserved for orders. You can check on the product page whether the product is available in the store. Select your nearest store from the dropdown menu to see how many units of the product are on the store shelf. At the same time, you will also see the product's estimated delivery time to the store collection point if you order the product from the online store.

Products on the shelves of the Helsinki store cannot be ordered or reserved in advance. They are only available for purchase on-site at the store. If the product is also available in the Helsinki warehouse, it can be ordered and collected from the store in as little as 15 minutes.
Products from the Pirkkala, Raisio, and Oulu stores can be ordered through the website for collection from the store or alternatively via Wolt's One Hour delivery.
When can the order be collected from the store?
Products available immediately in stock can be collected in as little as 15 minutes from the Helsinki pick-up counter, Pick-up Locker, and Vantaa collection warehouse. Orders from the Pirkkala, Raisio, and Oulu stores are usually available 1–2 days after ordering. You will receive a notification by text message and email when the order is ready for collection.

You cannot. Unfortunately, this functionality is not yet available unless you have placed an order. Product availability information is updated on our website, and you can monitor availability estimates directly on the product page. If the product has been discontinued, meaning adding to the cart is not possible, the product will no longer be coming to stock.
If the product status says delayed, can you say how long the delivery will take and when I will receive the product?
