You suspect the product is already defective
You can return a product that is already defective to us and you will be refunded. The normal return period is 32 days for products sold as new and 14 days for products purchased through Outlet. If the defect does not affect use and you wish to keep it, you can contact our customer service to agree on a possible price reduction. If you want to return the product, you will find return instructions here. Please note on the return form that the product arrived defective.
Large household appliances can often be easily repaired by ordering home service from the brand's authorised service centre. Brand-specific service instructions can be found on the receipt and on our website.
The product is missing an instruction manual, part or accessory
Check that you have not been sent the instruction manual by email. Also check the product package and packaging materials carefully for any missing parts and accessories. If the instruction manual or other accessory is missing, please contact our customer service.
