When you receive a shipment, please check the condition of the shipment and the products for any possible transport damage. Unfortunately, shipments can sometimes get damaged during transportation. Below you will find instructions for quickly resolving damage cases.
When You Notice Transport Damage
If you notice damage to the shipment and the carrier is still present, ask them to mark the damage on the consignment note.
1. Photograph the Damages
To document the damages, the damage must be photographed as clearly as possible. We need clear pictures of the shipment and the product packaging, as well as the product itself, regardless of whether all of them show damage. You may also record a short video if you wish.
2. Notify Us Immediately About the Damage
It is important to us that the problem is resolved quickly for you and that you can start using the product you purchased as soon as possible, so please report the damage as soon as it is noticed.

Attach pictures of the damages to the form. Fill out the damage report carefully so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
3. We Will Contact You on the Next Working Day
Keep all packaging and accessories in case the product needs to be returned.
For minor damage that causes little inconvenience, we offer a discount on the product price, which you can accept and keep the product, or reject and the product can be exchanged for a new one. The product will also be replaced with a new one if the damage is significant enough to affect the product's functionality.
