The delivery option can be selected in the shopping cart when the order does not include large or heavy products, the products are immediately available from the Helsinki warehouse, and the delivery address is within the delivery area.
You can check on the product page whether Selected Hour Delivery is available for the product you want.
When is Selected Hour Delivery delivered?
You can choose a one-hour delivery window from Monday to Saturday between 19:00 and 22:00. Same-day delivery must be ordered by 15:00. For orders placed later, time windows are available for the following weekdays.
Why is the time window I want not available?
If a specific time window is not available for Selected Hour Delivery, it means that the time window is so popular that no more deliveries are available for that slot. You can choose the same time window on another day or select a different time window.

Can I order Selected Hour Delivery outside the Helsinki metropolitan area?
The delivery area currently covers only the Helsinki metropolitan area, and Selected Hour Delivery cannot be ordered in the Pirkkala, Raisio, and Oulu areas.
Are there restrictions on Selected Hour Delivery?
Large or heavy products cannot be ordered with Selected Hour Delivery. Products containing hazardous materials, such as flammable chemicals, cannot be delivered. The size limit for an individual product package is 120 x 60 x 60 cm and weight 25 kg.
I forgot to add a product to my order; can I change my order?
You can modify your order placed with Selected Hour Delivery until processing has started. Once the order picking has begun, you can no longer add products or change its contents.
I cannot receive Selected Hour Delivery at the chosen time window
If you are not present when the delivery is made, and no one else can receive it on your behalf, Wolt will arrange another delivery time with you.
What happens if the delivery is not accepted?
If the Selected Hour order is not accepted, it will be returned to Verkkokauppa.com’s warehouse within a week. The order will be refunded, but delivery charges will not be refunded.
Is the delivery left at the door with Wolt delivery, like food orders?
No, deliveries are not left at the door. They are always handed over personally to the recipient. Upon receipt, the driver must be shown a PIN code sent by text message. Alternatively, the PIN code can also be seen in the order tracking view.
Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
Yes, you can share the PIN code with another person who can receive the delivery. Only the PIN code is needed for receipt; no other proof of identity is required.
How can I track the Wolt delivery?
You will receive a text message with a link about 30 minutes before delivery, through which you can track the shipment.
Can I provide more detailed delivery instructions to the Wolt driver?
Yes, you can. About 30 minutes before delivery, you will receive a text message with a link to Wolt customer service if you need to provide last-minute delivery instructions to the driver.
What happens if the Wolt courier cannot reach the recipient?
If the Wolt courier cannot reach the recipient, the order will be returned to Verkkokauppa.com. The order will be refunded, but delivery charges will not be refunded. Returned orders cannot be delivered again, so a new order must be placed if necessary.
Do I need Wolt credentials to order?
You do not need Wolt credentials to order, only a Verkkokauppa.com customer account.
