You can make this choice in Account Management under Open Orders, where there is a Select collection time button in the order details. It is important to choose the collection time carefully as it cannot be changed later. If the product is not immediately available from stock, you cannot select a collection time at the time of ordering.
You will receive the necessary access code and locker number by text message when your order is available for collection from the collection locker, in the same way as with Posti parcel machines.
Can I pay for my purchase at the Vantaa warehouse?
No, the order must be paid in advance. The Vantaa warehouse is only a collection point, so it is not possible to pay for orders there.
