In the Helsinki store, you can collect your order at any time, as the collection counter located on the second floor is open every day, around the clock. If the products in your order are immediately available in stock, you can receive them in as little as 15 minutes. Collection is always free of charge.
You can choose your preferred collection time in advance from your customer account and you will receive a notification by text message and email when your order is ready at the collection counter. Remember that the order will be automatically cancelled if you do not collect it within 7 days or during the collection time you have specified.
You can pay for the order in advance online or at the store upon collection. If you choose invoice, instalment payment, or another financing service as the payment method, you must present identification. If the payment method is one of our financing services and the collector is different from the purchaser, the collector must have with them, in addition to identification, a power of attorney signed by the purchaser.

How do I specify the collection time for my order?
- Click the Select Collection Time button on the order page when you know when you want to come and pick up your order, and choose your preferred collection time.
- You will receive a message when your order has been retrieved from the warehouse to the collection point and is ready for collection.
- Go to the collection counter and show the barcode or order number in the collection notification, and we will hand over the order to you.
How do I select a collection time for my order?
When you place an order for Helsinki’s 24/7 collection store, Collection Locker, or Vantaa Collection Warehouse, you can choose your preferred collection time yourself. You can make this selection in Account Management under Open Orders, where there is a Select Collection Time button in the order details. It is important to choose the collection time carefully as it cannot be changed later. If the product is not immediately available from stock, you cannot select a collection time at the time of ordering.
You will receive the necessary access code and locker number by text message when your order is available for collection from the collection locker, in the same way as with Posti parcel machines.
Can store products be ordered or reserved?
Shelf products in the Helsinki store cannot be ordered or reserved in advance. They are only available for purchase on-site in the store. If the product is also available in the Helsinki warehouse, it can be ordered and collected within as little as 15 minutes from the store.
Products from the Pirkkala, Raisio, and Oulu stores can be ordered through the website for collection from the store or alternatively via Wolt’s One Hour delivery.
When is the order available for collection from the store?
Products immediately available in stock can be collected within as little as 15 minutes from the Helsinki collection counter, Collection Locker, and Vantaa Collection Warehouse. Orders from the Pirkkala, Raisio, and Oulu stores are usually available for collection within 1–2 days of ordering. You will receive a notification by text message and email when the order is ready for collection.
Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, another person can collect the order from the store or Vantaa Collection Warehouse using the order number. If the payment method for the order is one of our financing services, such as Tili, Walley’s Invoice or Instalment Payment, the other person will need, in addition to the order number, a power of attorney signed by the purchaser and their own identification when collecting from the collection counter.
Can the collection time for the order be extended?
If you need more time to collect your order from the store or warehouse, please contact our customer service. Log in to your customer account and you can reach customer service via chat. If you cannot manage the matter through chat, we need the order number and the contact must come from the email address or phone number on the order. The possibility to extend the collection time is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
