When you order products, you can also choose our stores in Pirkkala, Raisio or Oulu as the pickup location. The products are reserved and transferred from our warehouse to the store you choose for pickup. If the products are immediately available from our warehouse, they are usually ready for collection within 1–2 days of ordering.
Once the product is in the store, it can be collected within fifteen minutes and we will notify you when the products are available at the pickup counter or pickup locker.
When your order is ready for collection from the store, you will receive a notification by text message and email. You have 7 days to pick up your order, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled. When collecting your order, present the order number or show the barcode in the pickup notification at the store's pickup desk.
You can pay for the order in advance online or at the store upon pickup. If you choose invoice, instalment payment or another financing service as the payment method, you must present identification. If the payment method is one of our financing services and the person collecting is different from the orderer, the collector must have with them, in addition to identification, a power of attorney signed by the orderer.

I ordered a product from the online store, can I pick it up immediately from the store?
When you receive a notification by text message and email that your order is ready for collection, you can go and collect it. Ordered products are always transferred from our warehouse to the store and the transfer takes a few days. Unfortunately, products on the store shelves cannot be reserved or ordered online. If you need the products quickly, you can pick them up yourself directly from the store shelves.
When is the order ready for collection from the store?
Usually you can collect products from the Pirkkala, Raisio and Oulu stores within 1–2 days of ordering if they are immediately available from the warehouse. You must place a separate order for the product to be transferred from the warehouse to the store. You will receive a notification by text message and email when the order is ready for collection at the store you selected.
How long is the order available for collection from the store?
You have 7 days to collect your order from the store after receiving the pickup notification. If you do not collect the order within a week, it will be automatically cancelled. You can also see the last pickup date in your customer account under the order details.
Can store products be ordered or reserved?
Products on the shelves of the Helsinki store cannot be ordered or reserved in advance. They can only be purchased on site at the store. If the product is also available from the Helsinki warehouse, it can be ordered and picked up from the store in as little as 15 minutes.
Products from the Pirkkala, Raisio and Oulu stores can be ordered through the website for collection from the store or alternatively via Wolt’s One Hour delivery.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes, another person can collect the order from the store or Vantaa pickup warehouse using the order number. If the payment method for the order is one of our financing services, such as Tili, Walley Invoice or Instalment Payment, the other person needs to have with them, in addition to the order number, a power of attorney signed by the orderer and their own identification when collecting from the pickup desk.
Can the pickup time for the order be extended?
If you need more time to collect your order from the store or warehouse, please contact our customer service. Log in to your customer account and you can reach customer service via chat. If you cannot handle the matter via chat, we need the order number and the contact must be made from the email address or phone number on the order. The possibility to extend the pickup time is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
