At the Helsinki store, you can collect your order at any time because the Collection Locker located on the second floor is available every day, around the clock. In our other stores, the collection lockers are available during the store's opening hours.
If the products you ordered are in the store's stock, we will notify you of the collection time on our website within 15 minutes, and you can collect them from the collection locker in as little as 15 minutes!
Select your preferred collection time online in advance, and you will receive a notification by text message and email when your order is waiting for collection in the locker. We will not send you the code needed to open the locker until the order is available for collection from the locker. Remember that the collection time can be set within 7 days from when you receive the notification of the products' arrival, and the order must be paid for in advance. Once the order is in the collection locker, the collection time cannot be changed or extended, but it’s not a problem if you are a few hours late from the time you specified.

- Press the Select Collection Time button on the order page when you know when you want to pick up your order and select your preferred collection time.
- You will receive a message when your order has been retrieved from the warehouse to the collection point and is ready for collection.
- Go to the collection counter and show the barcode or order number on the collection notification, and we will hand over the order to you.
How do I select a collection time for my order?
When you place an order for the Helsinki 24/7 collection store, the Collection Locker, or the Vantaa Collection Warehouse, you can choose your preferred collection time yourself. You can make this selection in Account Management under Open Orders, where there is a Select Collection Time button in the order details. It is important to choose the collection time carefully because it cannot be changed later. If the product is not immediately available from stock, you cannot select a collection time when placing the order.
You will receive the necessary opening code and locker number by text message when your order is available for collection from the collection locker, similar to how Posti parcel lockers operate.
How do I collect my order from the Collection Locker?
Collect your order from the Collection Locker using the locker opening code, which will be sent to you by text message and email when the order is available on the Collection Locker shelf. In the same message, you will receive the correct locker number and opening code to open the door. This information is sent to you when your order is in the locker, i.e., when the collection time you selected has arrived.
Can someone else collect my order from the Collection Locker?
Yes, another person can collect your order from the Collection Locker using the locker opening code. You can pass the information on to them, and there is no need to notify us separately.
Can I change the collection time once I have chosen it?
Yes, you can. You can modify the collection time from account management if your order has not yet been processed. If you accidentally chose a too early time and it can no longer be changed, it is not a problem. Being a few hours late is therefore not an issue, but the order must be collected within two days or we will refund it.
What happens to my order if I cannot collect it from the Collection Locker at the chosen collection time?
If you cannot collect the order at the chosen collection time, we will keep the order in the locker for 2 days, after which the order will be cancelled and refunded automatically to the payment method used. Being a few hours late is therefore not an issue, but the order must be collected within two days or we will refund it.
Can the storage time for my order in the Collection Locker be extended?
The storage time for the order in the Collection Locker cannot be extended once the collection time has been chosen and order processing has started. If the order is still editable, you can change the collection time. It is advisable to choose the collection time according to your schedule so that collection is easy with the help of the Collection Locker.
Why can’t I select Collection Locker pickup as the delivery method for my order?
You cannot select Collection Locker as the delivery method if the order is too large in volume or weight for the locker or if you have not paid for it.
How are the products in my order packed?
Products are not separately packed in plastic bags, even if you order several small products. We do not pack orders consisting of a single product or larger products. If necessary, you can purchase plastic bags at the collection bag stand and at the tills.
What should I do if I have not received the code to open the locker and the collection time I specified has already passed?
Sometimes picking and placing products in the locker can be delayed slightly, especially during busy times. Small delays of a few minutes are possible if lockers are not available or if picking products from the warehouse has taken longer than usual. The opening code is sent only when the order is in the locker and the locker number has been confirmed, so the collection time may sometimes be slightly exceeded. If you experience problems opening the locker or delays, the store staff will be happy to help and can resolve the situation on site. We always assist with order collection if something goes wrong.

If you have already selected a collection time, you cannot change the delivery method, but you can cancel the order and place a new order with your preferred delivery method. If you do not collect your order, it will be refunded automatically.
