The order will be delivered to the Posti Pickup point you selected when placing the order. Usually, the shipment can be collected 1–2 working days after it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from Verkkokauppa.com via text message and email. We will also provide you with the Posti tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery.
When the order is ready for Pickup at the Posti Pickup point, you will receive an arrival notification by text message directly from Posti. The order will be stored at Posti for 5 full days from its arrival. If you are unable to collect the package within the storage period, you can purchase additional storage time through Posti’s OmaPosti service.

Can I change the delivery method after placing the order?
You can change the delivery method through account management as long as the Edit Order button is active. The delivery method cannot be changed once order processing has started. If editing is no longer possible and you want to change the delivery method, cancel the order and place a new order with your preferred delivery method.
How long do I have to collect my order from Posti?
You have 5 full days to collect your order from Posti, and you can see the last possible Pickup day on Posti’s website using the tracking code. If you wish, you can purchase additional storage time for the package directly in the OmaPosti app.
I didn’t manage to collect the shipment from the Posti service point, what happens now?
After the Pickup period expires, Posti will return your order to us. You will receive an email notification when the order has been returned and refunded. The products in the order will be refunded using the same payment method originally used, but delivery charges will not be refunded.
