You will receive a notification from Verkkokauppa.com by text message and email when the order has been forwarded. The notification also includes the Posti tracking code, with which you can track the delivery.
When the shipment is available for collection from the Posti parcel locker, you will receive an arrival notification and the parcel locker opening code from Posti by text message. It is important that the shipment details include a valid mobile phone number when you order to a parcel locker. The parcel is stored in the Posti parcel locker for 5 full days from its arrival. If you do not manage to collect the parcel within that time, you can purchase additional storage time through Posti’s OmaPosti service.

You can change the order’s delivery method through account management as long as the Edit Order button is active. The delivery method cannot be changed once order processing has started. If editing is no longer possible and you want to change the delivery method, cancel the order and place a new order with the desired delivery method.
The phone number in the order details is incorrect, what should I do?
You can edit your order’s contact details as long as the Edit Order button is active and your order has not yet begun processing. Correct the contact details on the Recipient tab. If your order has already moved to processing, please contact Verkkokauppa.com customer service.
Why didn’t my order arrive at the Posti parcel locker I selected?
If the Posti parcel locker you selected is full, your order will be transferred to the nearest available locker or a Posti service point where the shipment can be collected.

I did not manage to collect the shipment from the parcel locker, what happens next?
After the collection period expires, Posti will return your order to us. You will receive an email notification when the order has been returned and refunded. The order products will be refunded using the same payment method originally used, but delivery costs will not be refunded.
