Outlet and circular economy

In this section, you’ll find information about Outlet products and used products sold in refurbished condition, as well as the differences between them. Outlet products are individual customer returns, display items, or products with damaged packaging. Outlet products have a 14‑day return period for consumer customers and are sold both online and in stores. Refurbished and used products are sold as pre‑used products that have been inspected, cleared of data, and refurbished, and which we source from our partners in larger batches. These products sold as used have a 32‑day return period.
