If you cannot find the perfect iMac or MacBook series computer for your needs in the selection, you can order a customised computer. Several Macs can be customised, allowing you to choose a better processor, more RAM, a larger hard drive, or an English or Russian keyboard for the machine. A customised computer can be ordered in a couple of different ways
1. Directly through our website from pre-customised options
A pre-customised machine may have a better availability estimate and the device can also be returned. You can place the order directly through our website.

2. Customised according to your own wishes
If the computer model is customisable, its product information page will have the text "The computer can also be ordered customised" and a list of possible customisations with prices. Customisation replaces the corresponding part of the standard configuration.
The availability estimate for computers is currently on average 5-6 weeks from the time of order. The order is binding and cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned after the order processing has begun.

To create the order, we need your complete contact details as well as your preferred payment and delivery method. Note: the order cannot be collected from the Vantaa pickup warehouse.
The customised Apple order can be paid with the following payment methods:
- Advance invoice in PDF format
- Online banking
- Credit/debit card payment in advance via our website
- Prepayment in the store by card/cash (cash max €200)
- Financing in-store when ordering
- For companies, invoice and leasing financing are also available
