Most products are always repaired by a service centre authorised by the manufacturer. The average repair time is 10–20 working days, but completion within this time cannot be guaranteed. The duration of warranty repairs depends on the repair required and, among other things, the availability of the necessary spare parts. However, the repair will be completed most quickly when you deliver the product directly to the service centre – so please check the instructions for your particular brand before sending the product for repair!

Instead, you must use the receipt total and receipt number.
If you did not purchase the product yourself from your own customer account, use the receipt total and order number to register by selecting “Purchased without a customer account or with a business customer account”.

We recommend registering the repair case in advance, as this will speed up your visit to the repair desk at a Verkkokauppa.com shop.
Bring your receipt or order number and all accessories supplied with the product. If the receipt or order number is not available, we charge an investigation fee of €17.99 for finding out the product details.
