You can refund the money in your customer account back to your bank account through account management, or use the amount to pay for another order by selecting online banking as the payment method.
Refunding money:
- Log in to account management and open Customer Details and then the Payment Details tab
- Fill in the IBAN-format account number in the open field and finally click the Pay back button.
- The amount will be paid to the specified account within 1-3 working days.
What happens to the money if the price of a product paid with online banking has decreased, the order is cancelled, or the product is removed from the order?
The money will be refunded back to your customer account.
