How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
The length of the delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method, delivery address, and product availability. Usually, delivery takes a couple of days when the product is immediately available. The shipment can arrive as quickly as within an hour to the local area of the stores. Elsewhere in Finland, delivery usually takes a few working days.
Can I agree on the delivery time with the transport company?
Yes, you can agree on the delivery time in advance with the transport company if the delivery method allows it. The delivery time cannot be agreed on in advance if you have chosen express delivery, which is delivered at the latest within a few hours, or Posti's morning or daytime delivery.
Can I agree on the delivery time with Verkkokauppa.com?
Yes, you can also express a wish for the delivery time to us when placing the order. You can add your delivery time request in the order comment section. Comments can only be added to paid orders. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee the desired delivery time, but we will do our best to accommodate it. It is important to add the comment immediately after placing the order, as we cannot consider requests if the order processing has already started. The best way to ensure a delivery time that suits you is to place the order only when you need the product.

Why does the shipment not appear in the transport company's tracking?
Tracking updates when the shipment is scanned for the first time at the transport company's end. Even though the package has been forwarded from us, the transport partner may not have scanned it on their end yet, and therefore the tracking does not update. Sometimes the tracking update takes a few days. Express deliveries appear in tracking faster.
Why am I receiving multiple shipments even though I only have one order?
We always deliver the ordered products to our customers as quickly as possible. To ensure fast delivery, we send the order in multiple packages if necessary. You will receive a separate tracking code for each package, and there are no additional costs for you.
Since multiple shipments are coming, we aim to send the entire order within 24 hours of the first package.
What should I do if the shipment is delayed?
Check in your account management whether the order has already been delivered to the transport company or if your order is waiting for products. If the order is marked as processed in your account on our website, it is with the transport company and on its way to you. You can track the shipment with the tracking code we have sent to your email. If a delivery time has been agreed with you and the shipment was not delivered on time, further information can be found with the tracking code on the transport company's website.
I did not receive all the products in my order, what should I do?
If all packages have been delivered according to the shipment tracking, but some product is missing, please contact our customer service, and we will clarify the situation.
What home delivery options are available?
You can choose home delivery from Posti, Matkahuolto, Wolt, Fetch, or Hakonen. Please note, however, that not all these options are available throughout Finland. The payment method does not affect the delivery time, but if the order has not been paid for or the payment has failed, the order cannot be processed and delivery will be delayed. Products are reserved for orders always in the order they are placed, regardless of the payment method.
Are orders delivered by home delivery on weekends?
Most orders are delivered on weekdays. Wolt delivers orders every day to the local areas of stores in Helsinki, Pirkkala, Raisio, and Oulu. Fetch's same-day home deliveries are also delivered on Saturdays in the Helsinki metropolitan area and the Tampere urban area.
Do you deliver orders abroad?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver consumer customer orders abroad.
